Seems to be some ASA. Developed by Giotto Bizzarrini from a Ferrari design, hence the prancing horse on the side. Right?

it's an ASA GT1000, which ran on a dinky 1.0L Ferrari designed engine. It's sibling had a 1.3L and ran the 24 Hours of Le Mans (although it didn't manage to finish)
